Each summer from June to September is the harvest season for Hokkaido melons.
Among the top-tier melon-producing regions is Furano, known as the "Village of Lavender"
 
Using local honey from Hong Kong's Wing Wo Bee Farm as the base, this month's Thence features the Japanese Hokkaido Furano Red-Fleshed Melon.
 
Japanese Hokkaido Furano Red-Fleshed Melon is a premium fruit of Japan. The ripe Furano melon has a consistent sweetness level of 14 to 16 degrees Brix, with a rich and fragrant aroma, extracted locally at our factory.
 
The tangerine-colored elixir exudes the fragrant aroma of melon, combined with the characteristic honey scent of thence.
 
On a midsummer afternoon, enjoying a glass of thence. 14 on the Rocks is a feeling of the refreshing breeze from the Tokachi Mountains.
