關於 Thence
 
Thence 是 「from here」的意思，從這裡出發，小批量製作，我們視之為再一次沉思本土可能性的習作。Thence 採用本地採收蜂蜜及時令植物，以多重過濾中性酒提取其精神風味，在輕盈蜜滋裡留住我城一瓢陽光水土的剪影。

這次用了當造日本四國德島的香梨
於陽光充沛的德島縣種植
德島的香梨帶著芳香的梨味和清爽的甜度
我們把本地工場完成萃取
得出滿滿秋意 爽甜清潤的作品

Discover the essence of nature's bounty with thence, a symphony of seasonally curated infusions that captivate the senses and elevate the spirit. Each limited-edition batch, meticulously handcrafted in collaboration with local farmers, celebrates the vibrant tapestry of flavors born from our cherished earth. Embracing a farm-to-bottle philosophy, thence pays homage to the passionate growers who nurture the land and harvest its finest fruits and herbs. Our artisans weave these treasures into a harmonious blend, creating an unforgettable experience that whispers the secrets of each season's soul.
 
At the end of October, marks the "Frost's Descent" in the traditional Chinese calendar, and in a few days, it will be "Beginning of Winter."
 
In Hong Kong, where it’s still 33°C, we’ve created Thence 16, a drink with an autumn vibe yet refreshingly cool.
 
For this edition, we used in-season Japanese pears from Tokushima, Shikoku, Japan. Grown in the sun-drenched fields of Tokushima, these fragrant pears carry the perfect blend of pear aroma and a crisp, sweet taste.
 
Our local workshop extracted these flavours to create a drink that embodies the essence of autumn, refreshing and mildly sweet.
 
In Hong Kong’s still-warm autumn, you can easily add ice or soda water to make a refreshing autumn special drink at home.
